Leading the team as Founder and Principal, is Mrs Shweta Maheshwari. Combining a love for toddlers with a scientific child developmental approach she brings to THE PRATHAMS a teaching experience of almost ten years make learning fun and challenging for the children. Under her leadership the school has grown by leaps & bounds since it started in Jan 2005 and is now considered to be one of the best Play Schools in Roorkee. Working with her is a team of creative, innovative, dedicated and loving teachers who deal with the physical and emotional needs of the children patiently & lovingly. The learning programmes are being constantly updated with regular in-house training sessions for teachers.
